How to Order Your Custom Hat

A logo vectorization service for files that need to be professionally vectorized. There will be a fee for this service. 48 hours to seven days delivery time frame depending on Complexity and Workload.
1. Measure Your Head
Some of our hats come in different sizes; measure your head to make sure that you’re ordering the right size.

2. Pick Your Hat Style
Visit our Shop and pick out the hat for your custom design.
3. Pick Your Leatherette Color

4. Upload Logo/Image
Upload your custom image or logo from the product page. We accept all file types. Don’t worry about it being transparent or print-ready–we’ll handle the necessary edits to get your custom image printed.
5. Check Out
After uploading the logo to the product you want the custom logo on, add the item to your cart and complete the checkout process.
6. Wait to receive black and white proof via email
After receiving your order, Rob will convert your custom logo/image into a black and white version for printing onto the leatherette patch. Once it’s ready, Rob will email it to you for your approval.
7. Wait to receive single patch design
Once you approve the black-and-white proof of the custom image, Rob will print a single patch of your custom image in your selected leatherette color and send it to your address for approval.
8. Receive hat order
Once you approve the final custom patch design, your finalized hat design will be shipped to your address!
